Support – We’re Happy to Help!

Update 2022-08-21:

The shop has been closed and will not be back. I created this website and especially the shop to finance myself and my family in med school – I graduated in May 2022, so this is it. If you’re looking for one of my knitting patterns most of them are still available on Ravelry. The books may stay on Amazon a bit longer. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I add patterns to my Ravelry library?

Adding patterns to your Ravelry library is currently on hold, as some people were abusing the feature and we have to investigate this incident first. We’ll let you know as soon as the feature is back.

I tried to add a pattern to my Ravelry library but it didn’t work!

Adding patterns to your library only works for paid purchases, not for free patterns or Friday Freebies.

At this time, only orders placed on – not – can be added. We’re working on adding support for those patterns in the near future.

How can I add free patterns to my Ravelry library?

Free patterns – the ones being free all the time, not just as part of a Friday Freebie or similar promotion – can be added to your Ravelry library by looking up the pattern name on Ravelry, and then clicking “Add to library”.

Where can I find my order numbers?

Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you receive after each purchase. Look for emails with a subject similar to “Your order from <DATE> is complete (example: “Your order from January 13, 2018 is complete”).

In this email, find the line stating Order #<SOME NUMBER>  – example: Order #11111 (

I don’t have my order emails anymore. Can I add patterns anyway?

We are working on listing your order numbers based on the email address you used for pattern purchases on to support adding your patterns. This feature will be available in the near future.

I need assistance with one of your patterns. Where can I get help?

Please send an email to and let us know the pattern name, and the problem you encountered. We’ll get in touch with you shortly with pattern assistance.

Where can I get paperback editions of your books?

Only electronic books (ebooks) are sold on Ravelry and in the shop here at If you would like to purchase a paperback version of one of my books you can get them on Amazon.

I think I found an error!

We appreciate your feedback about possible errors in our knitting patterns. All patterns are tested extensively before publishing, but we’re aware that sometimes errors still sneak in and cause problems. In this case, we encourage you to report any issues – please send an email to and let us know the pattern name, and a brief description of the error encountered. We’ll get in touch with you shortly and will do our best to fix the issue.

Thank you!
